What if your baby starts going to crèche or if you start working?
MammaFit is now also offering classes to Working Mums or Stay-at-Home Mums joining without baby!
Our aim is to (start) continue the healthy good exercise, respecting the MammaFit principles, even if your baby is not with you, focusing the healthy workout on the specific parts of mother’s body that have changed during pregnancy, labour, baby birth and postpartum. Each class is adapted to the participants and the hormonal change, breastfeeding mothers and all specific needs are well considered in the programme.
The social part of the classes if just great, meeting up with other working or stay-at-home moms and breath fresh air is so important to keep the balance!
The trainers adapt the trainings to the fitness level and languages of the participants.
